Grocery and Specialty Store Shopping:
1. We recommend that, due to individual preferences and tastes, you personally select your fresh produce and cuts of meat. However, we will be glad to select them for you if you prefer.
2. If you have any food allergies, please make a note on the grocery list of specific products that you can not have.
3. Please write in special requests in the appropriate section of the grocery list.
4. If no preference is indicated, we reserve the right to select a flavor/type for you.
5. Availability of all items is not guaranteed as it is dependent upon the store inventory at the time of shopping.
6. Time Savers is required by the State Comptroller to charge sales tax on some of our services including specialty store shopping, dry cleaning/laundry drop off and pick up, and some grocery shopping. If you have a question about this please let us know.
7. Time Savers highly encourages our customers to consider pre-paying for their groceries or specialty store shopping at the time of ordering. Time Savers will not be able to process grocery orders larger than $150.00 without pre-payment. Our staff will be happy to explain the process of pre-payment to you, just ask. **Pre-payment will also allow you to avoid paying sales tax on our services.**
8. First-time customers will be asked to pre-pay for grocery and specialty store shopping.
9. Time Savers will charge a
$25.00 fee for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
Errand Services:
1. Time Savers will not be able to transport people, pets or large bulk items for any purpose due to liability issues.
2. Time Savers will require payment for delivery services in advance when items to be delivered are picked up.
3. Time Savers will collect payment for dry cleaning/laundry pick-up, pharmacy pick-up and post office trips at the time the items are delivered to your home.
4. Time Savers request that errands that need to be completed at a specified time be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
